Lou Andreozzi is the chief executive officer of Dot Law, Inc., which is bringing .law and .abogado to market. A leader in the field of business information and technology, he has been the driving force behind the successful development and growth of many legal online tools and services.
Mr. Andreozzi previously served as chairman of Bloomberg Law, the innovative legal research and business intelligence solution, and is a former CEO of LexisNexis North American Legal Markets, where his portfolio included some of the most prominent legal products such as the Lexis Online service, Shepard’s, Matthew Bender, Martindale-Hubble and lawyers.com.
Mr. Andreozzi sits on several boards and has been a strategic advisor on large media and technology deals as well as to business information companies. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and received his J.D. from the Seton Hall School of Law.
Carl Jaeckel is the Chief Operating Officer of Dot Law, Inc., overseeing the day to day operations for the launch of the .law gTLD. He has extensive experience in legal marketing and technology with an emphasis on all aspects of digital marketing including content creation, design, paid search, social media and local search.
Mr. Jaeckel is the founder and managing partner of the Jaeckel Law Firm and also the founder of Lawyer Central, whose mission is to provide an easy-to-use way for people to find local attorneys. He also served as chief marketing officer of Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm. Mr. Jaeckel has been practicing law for over twenty years, and focuses his practice on mass torts and class actions. Throughout his career, he has partnered with some of the nation’s largest and most successful law firms, representing clients in class action and mass tort lawsuits involving consumer fraud, product liability and defective drugs.
Mr. Jaeckel is a graduate of Rider University and received his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law.
